01 — Who we are
DISNORDE, Glasgow, United Kingdom, is the data controller for this site. Contact INFO@disnorde.com for anything on this page.
02 — What we collect
Your name, email, delivery and billing address and order history when you buy; your email and account details when you create a DISNORDE ID; your email alone when you join the list; and anonymous usage data when you browse.
03 — Why we use it
To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, answer support requests, run membership and the passport, and — only if you have opted in — send you release and restock emails.
04 — Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers. We never receive or store full card numbers.
05 — Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our commerce and payment providers, our email provider, our hosting and database provider, and delivery carriers. We never sell your data.
06 — Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your bag and session working. Analytics tell us which pages are read and which are ignored, in aggregate. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the bag will stop remembering you.
07 — How long we keep it
Order records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Account and marketing data until you ask us to delete it.
08 — Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email INFO@disnorde.com and we will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to the ICO.
09 — Marketing
Release and restock emails are opt-in and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Order and delivery emails are not marketing and are always sent.
