Returns
If a piece is not right, send it back. Fourteen days from delivery, unworn and with tags intact — no argument, no restocking fee.
- Fourteen days from the day your order is delivered.
- Unworn, unwashed, tags intact and in original packaging.
- Email INFO@disnorde.com with your order number and the piece you are returning. You will get a return address and instructions the same working day where possible.
- Paid by you unless the piece is faulty or the wrong item was sent, in which case we cover it.
- Issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving and being checked.
- Sizes can be exchanged where stock allows. If the size has closed, we refund instead.
- Atelier and archive pieces are final sale unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
