01 — Who we are
DISNORDE is a fashion label operating from Glasgow, United Kingdom. Contact: INFO@disnorde.com. These terms apply to every order placed through disnorde.com.
02 — Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If a piece is unavailable after payment, or an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may cancel and refund the order in full.
03 — Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken through our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
04 — Limited editions
Editions are produced in numbered runs. Core pieces and selected editions are restocked; rare Atelier drops may not be repeated.
05 — Discount codes
Codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, hold no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes cannot be applied to an order after it is placed.
06 — Membership
Paid membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your DISNORDE ID; access continues until the end of the paid period. Member benefits may change as the label grows.
07 — Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Customs charges outside the UK are payable by the recipient.
08 — Returns
Set out in full on the returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
09 — Intellectual property
All designs, prints, photography and text on this site belong to DISNORDE and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.
10 — Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes fall to the Scottish courts.
